Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement statistical and machine learning models, focusing on propensity and investible models.
• Lead the end-to-end development of models to predict customer behaviors and identify high-value opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders across different teams to translate complex business objectives into modeling strategies.
• Monitor and fine-tune models to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Develop processes for model validation and performance tracking to maintain optimal accuracy and business impact.
• Serve as a thought leader within the data science team, advocating for best practices in model design.
• Maintain strong collaboration within offshore and onsite teams.

Requirements

• Deep experience in predictive modeling, particularly with propensity and statistical models.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI Azure.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business objectives into modeling strategies.
