About the position

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist focused on business analytics and decision science. In this role, you will analyze business data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to help drive strategic decisions. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to communicate findings to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
• Create dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate insights to business leaders.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to guide product decisions and measure impact.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and finance teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Present findings and make recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years in data science with a focus on business analytics and decision science.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong background in statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Benefits

• Contract W2 position with competitive pay rate of $55 - $60 per hour.
