About the position

The Data Security Analyst position at Robert Half involves providing maintenance and repair services for computer hardware and peripherals. The role requires a solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repair services to all computer hardware and peripherals.
• Understand and carry out written and oral instructions related to hardware and software issues.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, sketches, drawings, and diagrams.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and clients.

Requirements

• A+ Certified or ability to obtain A+ certification within two years of employment.
• General understanding of Windows 10 and 11.
• Knowledge of Microsoft networks and Office 365.
• Basic skills in terminating and installing different types of cables and wall mounts for network operation.
• Basic computer programming skills to trace faulty operation of computer programs.
• Strong communication skills to work with hardware and software vendors and technical support personnel.
• Human relations skills to address technology problems with division personnel and students.
