Responsibilities

  • Develop and present technical solutions to field teams and customers showcasing data security products and services.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Design and develop demo scripts and proof of value workflows for field-facing teams.
  • Create technical assets such as customer discovery questionnaires and ROI calculators.
  • Analyze complex client requirements and design tailored data security solutions.
  • Work with competitive intelligence team to develop collateral and battle cards as needed.
  • Create detailed technical specifications and architecture diagrams for proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product roadmaps.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to implementation teams during solution deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data security, with a focus on solution architecture.
  • Deep understanding of data security principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a solutions engineering or pre-sales capacity.
  • Proven ability to create compelling technical demonstrations and proof of value workflows.
  • Experience in designing technical assets such as discovery questionnaires and ROI calculators.
