About the position

The Data Support Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring seamless data flow between FinThrive and customer data systems. This position focuses on streamlining data collection, validation, and integration to enhance automation, productivity, and customer value. The analyst will leverage data analytics expertise to drive product improvements, troubleshoot issues, and monitor performance.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report data issues
  • Work directly with customers and internal teams to resolve all data-related problems
  • Support the process by mapping file inputs to their destination
  • Verify data mapping, loading, and data completeness
  • Perform data analysis, profiling, discovery, assessment, and validation using various tools
  • Work closely with product and development teams to recommend improvements that will reduce support costs and enhance customer experience
  • Maintain/Build dashboards to monitor performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years' experience with Data Analysis
  • Strong Excel skills and data analysis skills
  • Strong SQL Skills
  • Strong Tableau and PowerBI skills
  • Creativity and analytical aptitude with the ability to understand complex business practices
  • Strong written and verbal skills, including the ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with minimal supervision

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with process diagram and flowchart (MS Visio, DrawIO, etc.)
  • 1+ years' experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
  • 1+ years' experience with SaaS based company
