Candidates for this position should possess a strong analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, and the capability to build effective interpersonal relationships. The role demands proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in supporting federal contractors, particularly with knowledge of federal civilian agencies such as the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Defense Health Agency. A Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance is required, which involves a thorough background check and review of the candidate's history.
