About the position

The position at Airtomic Ducting Solutions involves developing an MRP system and planning, with a secondary focus on customer service. The role is essential for overseeing and organizing data to enhance the efficiency of OEM and repair work, ensuring alignment between customer demand and operational requirements. The individual will work closely with account representatives and be the primary contact for OEM customers, managing schedules and shipments while supporting safety and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop MRP system and tools to align Supply Chain and Operations with customer requirements.
• Ensure inventory and WIP meet customer on-time delivery (OTD) targets.
• Manage supply and demand to assure optimal inventory and productive factory workflow.
• Work with internal and external customers to clarify and resolve issues.
• Improve operational efficiencies and develop a technical understanding of Airtomic products.
• Act as a representative for assigned customers and communicate technical information effectively.
• Provide clear, timely responses and detailed quotations to the assigned customer base.
• Organize materials and WIP to meet OTD and inventory targets.
• Complete quotations on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in an industry environment focusing on planning/scheduling operations/multi-layered projects.
• Strong background in data analysis/report development using Excel, Pivot Tables, Microsoft Queries, and Power BI.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal, writing, listening, and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to exercise informed risk-taking.
• Ability to prioritize and work without close supervision.

Nice-to-haves

• OEM or Overhaul Engine planning experience.
• MRP knowledge.
• Planning/Scheduling in a high mix production environment.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Statistical programming, and Power BI.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
