About the position

As a Data Transfer Specialist at Bricks and Minifigs, you will be responsible for providing automated data integration processes for Cubiscan customers. This role involves technical work with REST, SQL, and various data interfaces, along with frequent customer interaction and collaboration with the data services team. You will also support internal staff and develop automation programs to enhance customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the full data integration cycle with onboarding clients, including data review, mapping, and programming.
• Work with clients to identify and define their data integration needs through data mapping.
• Document all pertinent information about conversion, mapping, and overall notes.
• Assist customers with providing data for review and conversion.
• Work closely with Onboarding Coordinators to provide technical support during the onboarding process.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed with the integration process.
• Provide customers with data enhancement services offered by Cubiscan.
• Assist the Director of Software Services in all department tasks, as needed.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with REST, ODBC, TCP, and RS232.
• Knowledge of general database design and usage, especially relational databases.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to actively listen, build trust, and adapt communication styles to fit the client or colleague.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Encourage team unity through sharing information and collaborating with colleagues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software applications and C# programming, and familiarity with Visual Studio.
• Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership and resolve difficult challenges.
• Prioritize tasks by importance and deadline.
