About the position

Erias Ventures LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Visualization Analyst to join their team. The role focuses on utilizing Tableau and Excel for data analysis and visualization, working with large datasets, and communicating insights effectively. The position allows for part-time telework and requires a strong understanding of data cleaning and manipulation, as well as some exposure to cybersecurity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Conduct data analysis using Excel and other tools.
• Pull, clean, and collate complex datasets.
• Perform basic pattern analysis on large datasets.
• Extract and communicate actionable insights from data.
• Work with cyber-related data as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Three years of experience in data visualization and analytics.
• Strong experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with additional data visualization tools or analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL or other programming languages for data extraction and manipulation.
• Basic knowledge of data security and privacy practices, particularly in relation to cybersecurity data.
