About the position

The Data Visualization Engineer at Docusign is responsible for developing and enhancing analytic dashboards using Tableau to support business operations. This role involves managing the entire dashboard development lifecycle and converting legacy reports to Tableau, ensuring a high-quality implementation that aligns with the company's business intelligence strategy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tableau dashboards by executing the end-to-end development lifecycle including requirements gathering, specification documentation, model architecture and development, dashboard prototyping and development, data catalog integration, user acceptance testing, production deployment, and optimizations and enhancements.
• Understand and translate business requirements into dashboard design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing dashboards using Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and principles.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
• Experience with data catalog integration and user acceptance testing.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with other data visualization tools.
• Experience in data analytics and business intelligence practices.
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
