The role involves creating sophisticated, interactive dashboards that drive decision-making and enhance marketing reporting through advanced data visualization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning and intuitive marketing dashboards using Looker Studio
• Design and implement custom charts and visualizations using advanced techniques
• Develop reusable dashboard templates for various marketing reporting needs
• Build interactive filtering systems and dynamic date range selectors
• Implement cross-filtering and drill-down capabilities in dashboards
• Transform complex marketing data into compelling visual narratives
• Create custom charts and visualizations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Design infographic-style reports for executive presentations
• Develop animated data presentations using Looker Studio's features
• Create automated scheduled reports with dynamic content
• Implement custom CSS and JavaScript for enhanced dashboard functionality
• Create and maintain calculated fields and custom metrics
• Develop custom parameters and dynamic field selection
• Set up data blending across multiple data sources
• Implement advanced filtering and data manipulation techniques
• Create and maintain data source connections (GA4, BigQuery, Spreadsheets, etc.)
• Design and maintain a library of reusable dashboard templates
• Create style guides and visualization standards
• Develop custom themes for consistent branding
• Build modular dashboard components for rapid deployment
• Document best practices and maintain template documentation

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Looker Studio, including advanced features and functionalities
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
• Proficiency in CSS and JavaScript for custom chart development
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data visualization
• Knowledge of SQL for data preparation and custom queries
• Proven ability to create compelling data stories through visualization
• Experience with data blending and complex calculated fields
• Strong aesthetic sense and UI/UX design principles
• Expertise in dashboard performance optimization
• Excellence in stakeholder communication and requirements gathering

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with other visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for cross-platform insights
• Knowledge of D3.js or other JavaScript visualization libraries
• Familiarity with BigQuery for data preparation
• Understanding of statistical concepts for advanced analytics visualization
