About the position

The Data Warehouse Analyst Senior at FIS Management Services, LLC is responsible for analyzing and testing relational databases, investigating data load failures, and developing analytical solutions for various business use cases. This role involves utilizing data mining tools to analyze large datasets, conducting design sessions with business and technology teams, and generating reports to support business objectives. The analyst will manage end-to-end data architecture and ensure compliance with data management regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and testing of relational databases.
• Investigate data load failures and data retrieval issues.
• Develop functional and technical analytical solutions for business use cases.
• Utilize tools to design, develop, and implement data mining tools and analysis.
• Conduct analysis and design sessions with business and technology teams.
• Generate and prepare reports to support business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize business information needs related to data warehousing.
• Provide guidance on data warehousing approaches and solutions.
• Support architecture and design of data warehouse and BI reports.
• Identify data warehousing issues and assist in their resolution.
• Manage end-to-end data architecture, including platform selection and application development.
• Support continuous audit of data management system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis and relational databases.
• Experience with SQL to build complex data analytical solutions.
• Ability to identify patterns and insights from large datasets.
• Experience with data warehousing technologies, including ETL tools and SQL databases.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, .Net, and Java.
• Knowledge of database implementation procedures to ensure compliance with regulations (GDPR, PII, PCI).
• Experience working in an agile environment and with agile management tools (Rally, Jira).
