Iron Systems is seeking a skilled Data Warehouse Architect to join our team in Annapolis, MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building a comprehensive data warehouse solution, leveraging conventional data warehouse technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of data solutions. The Data Warehouse Architect will participate in all aspects of the data warehouse and ETL process design, creation, and specification for components. The successful candidate will work closely with technical, functional, and management representatives from the Judicial Information Systems (JIS) and the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC). Key responsibilities include creating a logical warehouse data design, collaborating with the platform administration team to design ETL processes, and documenting system requirements. The architect will also assist in the development and implementation of ETL tools, conduct testing of tools and data pipelines, and develop effective data warehouse models that represent the data entities based on functional analytic, reporting, and bulk data requirements. Additionally, the Data Warehouse Architect will be responsible for ensuring that all work complies with regulatory standards to protect sensitive data. Regular reporting on project progress, status, and time will be required, along with any additional reports as assigned by the supervising manager. This position demands strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work productively with peers, end users, vendor development staff, and all levels of management and judicial personnel.
