About the position

The Data Warehouse/ETL/BI/API Developer role focuses on optimizing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions for data management. This position requires extensive experience in ETL processes, data analytics, and data warehousing, with a strong emphasis on SQL Server technologies and reporting tools. The developer will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, performance, and documentation of data processes.

Responsibilities

• Optimize, develop and maintain integration solutions using SQL Server SSIS and ETL Framework (BIDS).
• Develop, maintain and optimize all efforts related to Data Warehouse (SSIS, Stored procedures, Views, etc.).
• Create data warehouse components using best practices methodologies.
• Build and maintain documentation of the data and its movement through layers.
• Perform data conversion from OLTP to DW using tools like SSIS/Data Factory.
• Identify and analyze data discrepancies and data quality issues to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Ensure stabilization and high performance of existing ETL processes.
• Troubleshoot complex data-related issues and provide support to production.
• Develop and deploy ETL job workflow with reliable error/exception handling and rollback.
• Work with SSRS for reporting tasks.
• Utilize Power BI for data visualization (preferred).
• Engage in API Development (preferred).
• May be involved with manual testing.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• 7+ years of ETL experience, including SSIS or other ETL tools.
• Experience in data analytics.
• Knowledge and experience in data warehousing.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Reporting Server (SSRS).
• Experience with Power BI.
• Web API development experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Crystal Reports is beneficial.
• Experience with manual testing.
