About the position

The Data Warehouse Project Manager will serve as a Program Technical Lead, collaborating with application managers and business stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications that meet customer needs. This role involves engaging with business teams to develop innovative solutions, acting as a liaison between divisions and IT, and leading multidisciplinary projects within the Enterprise Information Management department.

Responsibilities

  • Engages with business teams to understand their needs and develops robust, innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Serve as liaison between Divisions/Functions and IT on projects and enhancements and drive technical validity of solutions.
  • Create timelines, facilitate collaboration between multiple departments, and follow up with teams to bring issues to closure.
  • Represent the Enterprise Information Management team in business/project meetings and communicate the status effectively.
  • Build solutions within the Enterprise Information Management department's architecture and framework for data ingestion and extracts.
  • Participate in data strategy and road map exercises, business intelligence/data warehouse product selection, design, and implementation.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the clients' business processes and requirements.
  • Abide by and enforce corporate and information technology policies.
  • Lead multidisciplinary projects or initiatives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in working in Data/Analytical environments.
  • 5 - 7 years of working in the healthcare payer industry with experience in multiple subject areas like Provider, Medical/Pharmacy Claims, Membership, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Development and project management experience implementing analytic applications including all phases of the system development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Good understanding of enterprise data and its use by business for analytical and operational purposes.
  • Leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Excellent organization, analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner with business partners as well as to work with highly technical individuals.
