About the position

As a Data Web Application Developer at CVS Health, you will be part of the Analytics & Behavior Change team, focusing on building innovative analytics and data platforms. This role involves utilizing cutting-edge technologies to analyze large datasets on the Google Cloud Platform, generating insights that inform healthcare strategies and enhance member experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data web applications, optimize application performance, and ensure data quality, all while communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data web applications using Python for new analytics capabilities and content using healthcare data.
• Create business applications to deliver analytic solutions in a self-service manner using Plotly Dash Enterprise.
• Drive enterprise modernization opportunities leveraging Python and cloud-native technologies.
• Communicate analytical findings to key stakeholders in an understandable and actionable way.
• Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, and standardize data for insights and reporting needs.
• Resolve problems and roadblocks effectively as they occur.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant data web application development experience.
• 1+ year of experience with Python.
• 1+ year of SQL query development in a data warehouse environment, with the ability to work with large datasets from multiple sources.
• 1+ year of experience using Dash or Streamlit to build interactive web applications.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with front-end development, e.g., REACT, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with cloud computing providers (GCP, Azure).
• Critical thinking and analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
