About the position

The Data Web Application Developer position at CVS Health is focused on leveraging cutting-edge technologies to analyze large datasets and generate analytical insights that support provider networks and member engagement strategies. This role is part of the Analytics & Behavior Change team, which aims to enhance health care accessibility and quality through innovative data solutions. The developer will build and optimize data web applications, ensuring effective communication of analytical findings and collaboration within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data web applications using Python for new analytics capabilities and content using healthcare data.
• Create business applications to deliver analytic solutions in a self-service manner using Plotly Dash Enterprise.
• Drive enterprise modernization opportunities leveraging Python and cloud-native technologies.
• Communicate analytical findings to key stakeholders in an understandable and actionable way.
• Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, and standardize data for insights and reporting needs.
• Resolve problems and roadblocks effectively as they occur.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant data web application development experience.
• 1+ year of experience in Python programming.
• 1+ year of SQL query development experience in a data warehouse environment.
• 1+ year of experience using Dash or Streamlit to build interactive web applications.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with front-end development technologies such as REACT, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with cloud computing providers like GCP or Azure.
