About the position

The Database Administrator and Analyst role at RexMont Real Estate is designed for a skilled professional who will manage and analyze database systems while ensuring their integrity, performance, and security. This position is pivotal in providing insights into sales trends and lead conversion data, as well as building integrations between the CRM and other applications to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain database systems to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
  • Monitor database performance, implement changes, and apply new patches and versions when required.
  • Perform regular database backups and recovery procedures.
  • Analyze sales trends and lead source data to provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Manage and analyze lead conversion data for both inbound and outbound teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Assist in the creation and auditing of compliance policies to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Build and maintain integrations between our CRM and other applications to ensure clear and effective workflows.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify integration needs and implement solutions.
  • Utilize basic programming skills to support database and application integration tasks.
  • Assist in developing scripts and tools to automate routine tasks and improve data processing efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Database Administrator, Database Analyst, or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of software programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Java).
  • Experience with CRM systems and application integration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Familiarity with compliance policy creation and auditing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
