About the position

The Database Administrator-CRM at Southcoast Health is responsible for the technical administration, support, and data management of the CRM environment. This role ensures the security and integrity of databases, implements data models, and performs audits for database quality. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams to optimize technology use and design solutions that align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the technical administration and support of the CRM environment.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of databases and report writing solutions.
  • Implement data models, database designs, and queries in the platform.
  • Perform scheduled audits for database quality, access validation, and overall health.
  • Monitor IS customer support system for assigned tasks and functions.
  • Perform a variety of database-related tasks including data updates, maintenance, and management.
  • Participate in the research, recommendation, development, and implementation of all database and report writing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with CRM stakeholders to ensure optimal use of technology.
  • Establish and communicate best practices and standards for using CRM and monitor the usage.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to provide requirements and guidance for solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years technical experience with CRM data and applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce, Raisers Edge).
  • Experience in report writing, database administration, SQL query building, data analysis, and database design.
  • Demonstrate skills with frontend data management, form building, report building, system integration, backend data maintenance, and data output.
  • Strong organizational, task management, and prioritization skills.
