About The Position
The Database Administrator (DBA) Programmer at Arkansas State University-Mountain Home is responsible for designing and implementing custom programs, scripts, and reports within the Banner system to meet organizational needs. This role involves collaborating with functional teams to understand requirements, providing technical support for Banner-related projects, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of database configurations and procedures. The DBA Programmer will also provide training and support to end-users and assist with helpdesk items as needed.
