We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Team immediately for a position as a skilled Database Administrator/Architect with TS/SCI Clearance. The role of a Database Administrator/Architect involves focusing on how information moves across the system from one application to another. This position requires demonstrated expertise in requirements engineering, software architecture, software testing, and software deployment, including understanding how the software interacts with the technical architecture. Data architects allow a company to easily publish and share their data with others in the industry, and they design database systems that adhere to industry standards, enabling accurate reporting of information to necessary bureaus. Additionally, they design with growth in mind, allowing for future modifications to the database as the company develops. The Database Administrator will participate in the design, creation, and maintenance of computerized databases. They will be responsible for quality control and auditing of databases to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data. This role involves working with management to develop database strategies that support organizational requirements, consulting with users on access to various databases, and resolving data conflicts and inappropriate data usage. The administrator will also direct the maintenance and use of the corporate data dictionary, perform MS SQL Server and other DBMS database and application server administration, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security, availability, and integrity of the Database Management System (DBMS).
