We are seeking an experienced SQL Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and maintain our SQL Server databases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database administration and be skilled in using Tableau for data visualization and reporting. This role is critical in ensuring the performance, security, and availability of our database systems, which are essential for supporting our business operations. The DBA will be responsible for implementing best practices in database management and will work closely with development teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business requirements. The successful candidate will manage, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases to ensure high availability and performance. This includes monitoring database performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing queries for efficient operation. Regular data integrity checks, indexing, and database maintenance tasks will be part of the daily responsibilities. In addition to technical skills, the DBA will utilize Tableau to create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Conducting performance tuning, capacity planning, and scalability assessments for database systems will also be essential to support the growth and efficiency of our operations.
