About the position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Database Administrator to join our dynamic team at SGT Consulting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our database systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. This role requires a strong understanding of database technologies and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. You will work closely with other IT professionals to support data management initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain database systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.
• Develop CRM workflows and custom solutions for business requirements using Salesforce.
• Integrate Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs.
• Perform data mapping, data migration, and Salesforce Object DML operations.
• Implement various authentication protocols to integrate third-party applications.
• Define and manage technical change management processes for Salesforce technology efforts.
• Assess Salesforce.com architecture and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions.
• Support SFDX development, branch management, merging, and code deployment activities using Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience using Force.com platform's functionalities and customizations.
• 4+ years of programming experience with Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript within the Salesforce platform.
• 3+ years of Apex API Integration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
