About the position

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain efficient optimized databases
- Develop data models and database architecture for multiple applications
- Perform transformation, migration, and scripting tasks
- Collaborate with software developers to maximize database functionality
- Monitor database performance and conduct regular system updates
- Ensure data security and integrity through backups and access controls
- Troubleshoot database-related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any STEM field
- 5 years of DBA experience
- Proven working experience in software engineering with a solid background in relevant technologies
Nice-to-haves
- Database and Information Architecture Design
- Proficiency in SQL for managing relational databases
- Experience with AWS and other cloud platforms
- Expertise in Database design, ETL processes, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with automation and scripting
