About The Position
The position involves essential duties and responsibilities related to database administration, including the creation and maintenance of production, reports, and development databases. The role requires proactive capacity planning to ensure database availability and performance tuning of database instances. The DBA will also be responsible for installing patches, planning and implementing backup and recovery strategies, and managing database encryption. Additionally, the DBA will enforce security measures, evaluate database releases, and provide technical assistance to application development teams.
