Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain new databases.
• Perform backup/recovery and configuration management.
• Administer Oracle RAC production databases running Oracle 19c or higher on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Configure Oracle databases to meet federal security guidelines.
• Debug Oracle PL/SQL and provide support for application developers.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades for Oracle RAC database implementations.
• Install and configure Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and identify performance issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of overall work experience.
• Extensive experience administering Oracle RAC production databases.
• Experience configuring Oracle databases to meet federal security guidelines.
• Significant experience working with and debugging Oracle PL/SQL.
• Extensive experience with database backup/recovery tools and techniques, such as Oracle RMAN and Flashback.
• Experience administering multi-site Oracle RAC database implementations using Oracle Data Guard.
• In-depth, hands-on experience in installing and configuring Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Top Secret Security Clearance eligibility.
