About the position

This position, reporting to the Director of Clinical Analytics, is focused on data analytics and the development of tools and reports to support various teams including operations, sales, business development, managed care, finance, and marketing. The role involves collaboration with program implementation and reporting teams to ensure business requirements are met and new reports are validated for external clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and dashboards to assist with program and operational oversight.
• Create content, analytics, and data visualizations to support the sales team through enhancements to Customer Relationship Manager software.
• Evaluate compliance with contractual KPIs and Performance Guarantees for contract-driven programs.
• Develop data presentations and analytical insights for external clients for regular business reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on the development of a new datamart and BusinessObjects universe.
• Work closely with data analyst staff, data model administrators, DRM management, DBA staff, project managers, and application development teams.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of directly related and progressively responsible experience.
• Strong SQL development skills.
• Good working knowledge of Business Objects and other SAP BI tools.
• Working knowledge of QlikView is a plus.
• General knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of data modeling tools.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and identify appropriate solutions.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as an effective team player.
