Join the Connexus Energy Technology team as a Database Administrator responsible for managing relational database systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability. This role involves collaboration with internal business process owners and IT teams to manage data loads and analyze reporting tools, ensuring effective database utilization. Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure availability, performance, and security of SQL and other databases.
• Provide advanced technical support to employees on database, application, and web server issues ensuring maximum efficiency with minimal downtime.
• Architect, install, maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint, data warehouse, enterprise reporting, and business intelligence environments.
• Make recommendations to maintain currency with regard to database, communication, application, and web server technologies.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Computer Science or related field and four years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and three years of related experience.
• Windows Server and IT support experience.
• Skilled in SQL, SQL Server Management Studio.
• Knowledge of data security practices and protections.
• Ability to diagnose response time and performance problems of the Microsoft Windows Servers and make improvements.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform toolset.
