About the position

GovCIO is seeking a remote Database Analyst III to review, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain company databases. This role involves identifying data sources, constructing data decomposition diagrams, and documenting processes. The analyst will also write codes for database access and modifications, relying on their experience to accomplish complex tasks and potentially lead the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, evaluates, designs, implements and maintains company database[s]
• Identifies data sources and constructs data decomposition diagrams
• Provides data flow diagrams and documents the process
• Writes codes for database access, modifications, and constructions including stored procedures
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks
• May lead and direct the work of others

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of database analytics experience (or commensurate experience)
• Ability to maintain a public trust clearance
