About the position

Applied Training Solutions (ATS) is seeking an Associate Database Analyst/Programmer to join our dynamic team at Fort Huachuca, AZ. This entry-level position is designed for candidates with a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field or an Associate's Degree from a technical school, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The role focuses on the management and enhancement of sophisticated database systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and securely. The successful candidate will work with advanced systems critical to the mission of the organization, contributing to the administration and maintenance of various training systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of databases under direct supervision.
• Manage and enhance sophisticated database systems critical to the mission.
• Administer and maintain Integrated Center of Excellence (ICoE) training systems.
• Support the upkeep of Program of Record (POR) battle simulations systems and Virtual and Constructive battle simulation networks.
• Work with advanced systems such as Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM) and Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE).

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field or an Associate's Degree from a 2-year technical school.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in database management or programming.
• Less than 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
