About the position

GovCIO is seeking a Database Analyst V to join their team remotely. This role involves reviewing, designing, implementing, and maintaining databases, as well as providing consultation on complex projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in database analytics and will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of data within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, evaluates, designs, implements and maintains company databases.
• Identifies data sources, constructs data decomposition diagrams, provides data flow diagrams and documents the process.
• Writes codes for database access, modifications, and constructions including stored procedures.
• Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of database analytics experience (or commensurate experience).
• Ability to maintain a public trust clearance.
