About the position

As a Database Analyst at Randstad US, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to ensure compliance with performance standards. This position involves handling multiple tasks and data review processes, which include mass data entry, maintenance, and update projects. You will be responsible for conducting data audits and evaluations within core systems, specifically using Archer GRC. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze data sets to determine third-party compliance with established performance standards. Additionally, you will create reports and perform data reconciliation through Archer GRC, Excel, and other reporting tools, focusing on third-party performance data. This role is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills, as you will need to convey complex data findings clearly and effectively. The position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of the team. You will be expected to work standard hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring that you are available for collaboration and communication with your colleagues. This contract position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $35, depending on your experience and qualifications. As a Database Analyst, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects and initiatives, enhancing your skills and experience in the field of data analysis and project management.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
