Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with business units to gather requirements.
• Evaluate systems for efficiencies and improve data delivery mechanisms.
• Execute complex data extraction and integration to create data sets for analysis.
• Develop, inspect, clean, and transform data, identifying trends and anomalies.
• Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure data accuracy.
• Partner with team members to develop custom software algorithms for data collection.
• Define and document all data sets and extraction routines.
• Assist in creating training documents and videos.
• Serve as the point of contact for data inquiries and modifications.
• Develop, test, implement, maintain, and document reports and reporting processes.
• Analyze requirements and develop data migration/conversion plans with Database Architects.
• Monitor day-to-day activities of corporate databases to ensure data integrity.
• Research and review current orchestrations for improvements.
• Create and maintain testable scripts for integration testing.
• Participate in assigned projects, fulfilling tasks and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in requirements gathering and analysis with business and development teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with database management systems.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of data quality assurance practices.
