About the position

The Database and Reports Developer position at Stefanini Group involves supporting the Contact Center's reporting and intelligence processes through the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and Google Cloud Platform. The role focuses on providing solution options for business requests, maintaining the existing Contact Center platform, and assisting with business processes related to reporting and data management.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution options for business requests related to reporting and data management.
• Support the existing Contact Center platform and its dependent components.
• Assist in the Contact Center's business processes and reporting needs.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience working with the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) tool; 10+ years preferred.
• Experience as a Microsoft SQL/TSQL developer.
• Strong experience in database design and report development.
• Ability to understand and write complex SQL queries for relational databases.
• Capability to develop ad hoc queries to isolate problems.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with IBM Informix, GCP (Big Query, Cloud Spanner).
• Database administration experience with jobs, stored procedures, link servers, and password management.
• Knowledge of call center business processes and customer call flow interactions.
• Conceptual understanding of Cisco voice networking.
• Familiarity with business operation tools and processes including Agile, SAFE, Rally, Jira, ServiceNow, and ITIL best practices.
