About the position

The Database and Reports Developer at Stefanini, Inc. is responsible for supporting the Contact Center's reporting and intelligence processes through the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and Google Cloud Platform. This role involves providing solution options for business requests, maintaining the existing Contact Center platform, and assisting with business processes related to the Contact Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution options for business requests related to reporting and intelligence processes.
• Support the existing Contact Center platform and its dependent components.
• Assist in the development of reports and database solutions for the Contact Center.
• Develop ad hoc queries to isolate problems and support business processes.
• Collaborate with the CUIC team to enhance reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience working with the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) tool; 10+ years preferred.
• Strong experience as a Microsoft SQL/TSQL developer.
• In-depth knowledge of database design and report development.
• Ability to understand and write complex SQL queries for relational databases.
• Experience in developing ad hoc queries to troubleshoot issues.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with IBM Informix and Google Cloud Platform (Big Query, Cloud Spanner).
• Database administration experience including jobs, stored procedures, link servers, and password management.
• Knowledge of call center business processes and customer call flow interactions.
• Conceptual understanding of Cisco voice networking.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFE, Rally, Jira, ServiceNow, and ITIL best practices.
