About the position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing database solutions that support our organization's data strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure that our data architecture is robust, scalable, and efficient. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database design, ETL processes, and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collect data and build SQL databases to store real business data for better performance.
  • Establish appropriate end-user access control levels for stored data.
  • Develop advanced reporting, analytics and other business intelligence solutions to achieve business improvement using BI tools.
  • Analyze current marketing trends, create specifications for new reports, identify and validate the appropriate solutions for various reporting needs, design and execute A/B testing and multivariate testing plans as needed.
  • Build out new landing webpages & blogs and overall website management on server.
  • Set up Google Optimize tests of website with an eye toward optimizing conversion pages.
  • Act as project lead in the design and review of new server systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Conduct capacity planning as needed.
  • Design and maintain ongoing metrics to support business transformation.
  • Develop dashboard requirements and transfer into working solutions.
  • Prepare and present research and database reports to effectively communicate complex analytics to management and recommend business solutions.

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor's degree in business Intelligence and Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology, or other related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of database interface and query software highly desirable.
  • Proficient in leveraging widely used reporting/data visualization tools (Ex: Tableau, Microsoft Power BI etc.).
  • Comfortable with advanced Excel and capable of manipulating data to perform analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
