About the position

The Database/Box Office Manager at Jazz Aspen Snowmass is responsible for the development, management, and administration of databases, as well as overseeing ticketing operations. This role involves designing and implementing new data structures, managing existing databases, and ensuring the integration of new products into JAS sales channels. The manager will also control ticket inventories and handle financial reporting related to ticket sales, in addition to managing box office sales during JAS events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage JAS databases.
• Design and implement new data structures.
• Manage existing databases and ensure their integrity.
• Build new products through the database and connect them to JAS sales channels.
• Control ticket inventories and manage financial reporting of ticket sales.
• Oversee JAS Box Office sales in advance of and during JAS events.

Requirements

• Experience in database management and administration.
• Strong understanding of ticketing systems and sales channels.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and inventory control.
• Ability to design and implement data structures.
