About the position

The Database Business Analyst at Aspire Health Pharmacy Services is responsible for designing and developing reporting infrastructure to support company goals. This role involves collaborating with data professionals to extract data, create reports, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of business initiatives. The position requires in-office work in Orlando, FL, and focuses on database management and analysis to assist in sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Azure and local Microsoft SQL databases.
  • Analyze purchase data to assist staff in sales and marketing efforts.
  • Design and maintain relational databases.
  • Generate various types of reports from multiple sources.
  • Support off-site employee laptop, tablet, and telephone requirements.
  • Organize and catalog system documentation for easy access and review.
  • Assist in Office 365 user maintenance.
  • Help with Windows server maintenance, including user management and backups.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience with MySQL.
  • 1 year of database administration experience.
  • 1 year of data analyst skills.
  • 1 year of experience with Crystal Reports.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 years of experience with MySQL (preferred).
  • 2 years of database administration experience (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience with Crystal Reports (preferred).
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience.
