About the position

The Database Coordinator at Glacier National Park Conservancy is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the donor database. This role involves entering donor gifts and relevant information into the Raiser's Edge database, coordinating timely acknowledgments of donations, and providing customer service to develop positive relationships with donors. The position supports the Conservancy's mission to connect with donors and raise funds for the preservation of Glacier Park.

Responsibilities

• Enter donor gifts and relevant information into the Raiser's Edge database.
• Coordinate timely acknowledgments of donations at all levels of giving.
• Respond to inquiries from donors and provide excellent customer service.
• Develop positive relationships with Conservancy donors.
• Support fundraising efforts to connect with donors and raise funds.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in database management or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar donor management software.
• Familiarity with fundraising principles and practices.
