About the position

The Database Developer Intern will join the Contact Center Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) team, which is dedicated to enhancing the global contact center experience through innovative voice solutions. This role focuses on supporting the reporting and intelligence processes of the contact center, utilizing tools such as Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and Google Cloud Platform. The intern will be involved in providing solutions for business requests and assisting in the migration of contact center technology to the cloud over a three-year transformation period.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution options for business requests related to the contact center.
• Support the existing Contact Center platform and its components.
• Assist in the reporting and intelligence processes of the Contact Center.
• Collaborate with the CUIC team to implement next-generation voice solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and TSQL.
• Experience in development and reporting.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of call flow development.
