All Points is seeking candidates to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on the new campus in Huntsville, AL. This position involves supporting IT networks, systems, and initiatives with activities that include information systems operations, information systems development and modernization, and IT security. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for the development, implementation, and subsequent operations and maintenance of new applications each fiscal year. The operation of existing applications and new application initiatives is critical to the success of the FBI mission, as thousands of personnel in the law enforcement, intelligence, legal, and administrative communities rely on these services daily to perform mission-critical work. Therefore, the applications require responsive, effective, and specialized technical expertise to limit disruption to FBI operations. In this role, you will be responsible for SQL and PL/SQL development, which includes developing backend reports to support user needs, creating custom scripts to automate various database management processes, monitoring and troubleshooting database performance, and developing, optimizing, and tuning stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and queries in support of application development. You will also interface with customers, users, and developers as needed, maintain the database schema and design, and provide technical subject matter expertise (SME) on ingesting data into the database from various sources such as file systems. Additionally, you will perform maintenance tasks as required. The position also involves SAFe 6.0 Facilitation Support, where you will be responsible for guidance and facilitation of SAFe Principles. You will plan and manage the work while promoting alignment, collaboration, and delivery across large numbers of agile teams, currently aligned in two Agile Release Trains. The first focuses on enabling operational insight by increasing data discoverability through enterprise search or query, while the second aligns teams focused on enabling operational analysis and triage of data through visualization, enrichments, and analytics within Global Mission Analytics (GMA).
