This includes a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment. You will ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by adhering to our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements. Additionally, you will build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues. Understanding, representing, and advocating for client needs is also a key part of this role. You will share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, assist with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services.
• Analyze user needs and develop new features.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bachelor/Master) with relevant experience in software product design & development.
• Excellent understanding of RDBMS Concepts, PL/SQL, Data Modelling and Data design.
• Hands-on experience in query optimization.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL is a must.
• Experience in ETL and ELT processing via tools like Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Good knowledge of Azure environment, containerization concepts, cloud native development practices.
• Excellent understanding of DevOps and CI/CD concepts (GitLab, TeamCity, Automated Testing, Pipelines, Ansible, Rex, Maven, IntelliJ, SONAR).
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on delivery experience in a pod setup.
• Good understanding of architectural and design standards, clean code practices.
• Exposure to Banking Domain will be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in liaising with other teams.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Resilient team player with strong interpersonal skills.
