About the position

The Database Developer role focuses on building and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications using Oracle technologies. The position requires strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL, with responsibilities including the development of data models, stored procedures, and performance tuning. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in database management and a commitment to collaborative work in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Create and modify stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
• Write SQL*Loader scripts and modify existing codes, tables, and views.
• Develop database triggers applicable to business rules.
• Debug defects related to business logic implementation.
• Perform performance tuning of programs and processes.
• Work on data migration projects as needed.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in building large scale enterprise applications using Oracle.
• Expert knowledge in PL/SQL programming and SQL reporting.
• Experience in creating new procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
