About the position

The Database Developer position at TEKsystems involves working with the Contact Center Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) team to support global contact centers. The role focuses on implementing advanced Contact Center Voice solutions to enhance customer experience and deliver value to clients. The Database and Reporting Developer will provide solutions for business requests, support existing platforms, and assist in business processes, utilizing Agile methodologies within a Product Driven Organization (PDO).

Responsibilities

• Provide solution options for business requests related to the Contact Center.
• Support the existing Contact Center platform and its components.
• Assist in the reporting and intelligence processes for the Contact Center.
• Collaborate with the CUIC team to enhance customer experience through data solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and TSQL for database development.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of Call Flow Development.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.
