Summary: The Database Developer will work in coordination with and in support of Civilian Database Developers and Data Center Database Administrators to provide high level expertise in information modeling and requirements analysis to develop/maintain full attributed logical and physical data and business process models. The Database Developer will be responsible for the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of database tables, functions, and procedures. This role will also provide query development support for Middle Tier Java developers, monitor database and application response times, and integrate systems and/or interfaces into the application architecture through database design. The successful candidate will coordinate administrative tasks, as well as support process improvement activities, working in a dynamic environment with talented team members to deliver quality software capabilities.
