About the position

The NLAP Database Manager/Administrator I is responsible for the continuous development, collection, and delivery of data to support an event-based evaluation process. This role involves working within a small team to ensure the safe, fair, and transparent processing of information that aids decision-makers during evaluations. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to present data effectively to senior officers.

Responsibilities

  • Build and utilize templates, databases, and data tools utilizing Microsoft forms and other applications.
  • Accurately present personnel performance summaries and analyze longitudinal data trends.
  • Develop future data-centric deliverables with minimal guidance and supervision.

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or other related discipline.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in database management.
  • Possess SECRET security clearance.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and high accuracy of products produced.
  • Strong communication skills to relate to senior officers during assessment interviews.
