Nisga'a CIOPS provides hands-on experienced services to civilian and DoD programs worldwide, delivering highly skilled, cleared personnel who provide services on five continents for a portfolio of customers. The AOC Database Manager plays a critical role in providing operational subject matter expertise for database management of the Air Order of Battle Database (AOBD) and Tactical Information (TACINFO). This position involves overarching requirements analysis and operational support to AOC Combat Plans, Operations, and ISR Divisions for AOC and deployed Coalition Air Operations Center (CAOC) personnel. The AOC Database Manager is responsible for the operational management of AOC database requirements as applicable to applications supporting AOC planning and offensive execution functions, particularly in interactions with intelligence functions, especially target planning. The role includes managing AOBD and TACINFO standards, coordinating AF/Joint/Allied/Coalition friendly order of battle inputs to ensure standards are maintained, and facilitating other service C2 data exchange via applications or established Interface Control Document (ICD) standards. Additionally, the AOC Database Manager will develop functional checklists to assist operators with managing and using AOC database capabilities, identify and define future AOC Weapon System requirements, and participate in operational planning, fielding verification, and validation of AOC upgrades and modifications. The position also requires participation in Developmental Test & Evaluation (DT&E) and Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) as Database Manager, providing mentorship to newly assigned AOC personnel regarding the proper management and access of AOC database information. Collaboration with local AOC Training Managers is necessary to ensure Mission Qualification Training (MQT) and Combat Mission Readiness (CMR) requirements and instruction are accurate and reflect AOC database management functions, configurations, technologies, and support responsibilities. Specialized training on Combat Plans and Operations applications may also be required. Travel in support of operations related to war, contingency, and humanitarian operations, exercises, and experiments may require both CONUS and OCONUS travel.
