Landry's has an open position for a Database Marketing Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in the Galleria area of Houston, TX. This position will report to the Omni Channel Marketing Director. Under the direction of the Omni Channel Marketing Director, this role will partner with management to define the CRM strategy across multiple channels, brands, and locations. The Database Marketing Analyst will utilize the data to draw conclusions and recommendations to improve customer retention and acquisition. In this role, you will leverage data analytics and technology tools to build out dashboards, testing plans, report on success, and identify areas of opportunity. You will deliver regular campaign reporting across email and other marketing channels to optimize customer audience targeting. Analyzing data sets to identify trends, draw insights, and develop recommendations will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will supply data to teams to support marketing message content, creative, and copy, and partner with the Digital Lifecycle team to understand business trends and relevant strategies. Collaboration is essential, as you will work with digital, social, and brand management teams to execute and measure multi-channel strategies for customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and personalization. You will serve as the in-house expert on customer data points and maintain a complete customer database. Identifying key existing and potential customer segments, developing strategies to drive customer loyalty, and analyzing multiple data sources to increase customer spend will be critical to your success. You will report on key metrics and goals for customer acquisition/conversion and retention, develop and conduct A/B testing, and analyze customer behavior, providing conclusions and recommendations to re-engage our customers. Additionally, you will support tag management to track standardized events and related customer behaviors, stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and develop and test programs to consistently improve ROI and achieve customer frequency and revenue targets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report on significant amounts of data with exceptional attention to detail are essential for this position.
