The Database Marketing Manager at Medicreations is a pivotal role focused on managing and analyzing customer data to drive strategic marketing campaigns. This position requires a blend of marketing expertise and strong data management skills to enhance customer engagement and business performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to develop personalized outreach efforts based on customer insights, ensuring impactful communication and effective campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, maintain, and optimize customer and prospect databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Analyze customer data to create segmented audiences for targeted marketing efforts, including email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
  • Plan and implement multichannel marketing campaigns based on customer insights to optimize engagement and conversions.
  • Write compelling, persuasive copy for email marketing, SMS, and other customer communications, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
  • Oversee marketing automation systems within CRM platforms to create workflows that enhance lead nurturing, customer retention, and overall customer experience.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversions) to refine strategies for optimal results.
  • Work closely with the Creative Manager to align marketing strategies with data insights and customer behaviors.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment on goals and targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in database marketing, customer segmentation, and campaign management.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, targeted content that speaks to specific audiences.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). HubSpot is preferable.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other tools for tracking marketing performance.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable marketing insights.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and best practices.
  • Experience managing multichannel marketing campaigns (email, social media, etc.).

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
