The manager will evaluate the effectiveness of these campaigns through data extraction, analysis, and reporting, ensuring that marketing efforts are both efficient and impactful. In this role, the Database Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate database marketing initiatives and manage data integration across various platforms. Maintaining and monitoring multiple databases is crucial, as is the optimization of campaign efficiency. The manager will ensure the integrity of the database system by developing, documenting, and enforcing security procedures and access controls. Staying current with database technology developments through seminars, publications, and training courses is essential for continuous improvement and innovation in our marketing strategies. The position also involves liaising with vendors for database-related matters and assisting with or managing special projects as assigned. A key aspect of this role is to provide exceptional service to internal guests, ensuring their complete satisfaction by greeting and interacting with them in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. The ability to develop and maintain professional, trusting, and positive working relationships with managers, supervisors, staff, coworkers, guests, and vendors is vital. The manager must also demonstrate a commitment to safety, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions, while maintaining confidentiality regarding department and property information.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, data analytics, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of database marketing and data analysis experience.
  • Experience using data analysis tools, including SQL.
  • Ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks.
